Cliff Sr. served in WWII, like most men of his generation. He fought in Normandy, but his main job in the Army was as a chef. Cliff Sr. never went on to cook professionally after the Army, but he always had a lot of fun making big meals for the family. Cliff Jr. instinctively learned his way around a kitchen, which eventually inspired his kids. One of them, at least. Now Cliffy's retired, so he's lending more time to cooking and the particulars thereof. Cliffy's currently making and selling cutting boards and serving boards, so we decided to make him a website to share his wares, recipes and grand tales of kitchen adventures with people just like you, because as Cliffy says, "We're all in this together. The kitchen, that is."
